Beginning August 24, our office on the Boston campus will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For the safety and health of our students and staff, we cannot allow more than 6 students in the lobby at one time. For more information about visiting our office and remote services offered by SFS, please visit our Support and Services page.

Please note that due to postal delays and current volume, the processing of mailed payments may be delayed. If you have mailed in a payment to the university, please continue to monitor your myNortheastern portal for updates.

Center for Financial Independence

Northeastern’s Center for Financial Independence (CFI), also known as Thrive, is a destination for students interested in learning about personal financial management, as well as those eager to impart their own financial expertise and advice to their peers. Its programming imparts the knowledge and skills needed to make informed, savvy decisions about personal finances, both short-term and long-term, and includes topics such as investing, debt management, student loans, and more. Students also have the opportunity to make a free, personal finance advising appointment with a member of the student leadership team. Learn more about CFI.
