Welcome to Northeastern University’s NYC campus community!
We’re delighted that you’ll be joining us this fall, and we want to make sure you’re prepared for the semester ahead.
In the coming weeks, you will receive your Fall 2026 semester bill. Please keep an eye on your Northeastern email and Student Hub so you don’t miss this important notification.
Get familiar with your options now. Before your bill arrives, we encourage you to visit the Student Financial Services (SFS) website. There you’ll find detailed information about:
- Available payment methods such as e-check and check payments, 529 college savings plans, and international payment options for those paying from outside the U.S.
- Frequently Asked Questions including how and when you’ll be notified that your bill is ready, how to read your statement, what “anticipated credit” means, and how to view your account balance in real time.
- Additional Financing Options, including monthly interest-free payment plans and lending resources.
Taking a few minutes to review this information now will help you feel confident and prepared when your bill is ready for review.
Questions? We’re here to help:
- For questions about your anticipated bill or payment options, email our Student Accounts team at [email protected].
- For questions about financial aid or financing options, email our Financial Aid team at [email protected].
- You can expect your bill to reflect an estimated financial aid credit. Additional instructions will be provided shortly outlining the steps needed to finalize the processing of your financial aid.
- If you’d prefer to speak by phone, call Student Financial Services NYC directly at 212-517-0500 — we’re happy to provide one-on-one support.
We’re so glad you’re joining Northeastern’s NYC campus community, and we look forward to seeing you this fall!
