There are a number of resources available to help you finance your Northeastern education. We recommend that every student consider applying for financial aid, regardless of their income and assets.
We are here to guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible. If you are new to the College of Professional Studies, be sure to review our Financing Brochure.
First-year Applicant Checklist
FAFSA
All students in the College of Professional Studies are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for federal aid programs, as well as a number of institutional funds. The FAFSA is available beginning October 1. The priority filing deadline date is three weeks prior to the start of the term. Full-time students who are Massachusetts residents and are interested in the MASS Grant, need to complete the FAFSA prior to May 1.
Designate Northeastern as a recipient of your FAFSA by our school code 002199.
If additional documentation is required to complete the review of your financial aid application, you will be notified in writing.
