Heartland ECSI

Heartland ECSI (Educational Computer Systems, Inc.) is an independent billing servicer that Northeastern University has partnered with to assist students in resolving their current account balance for the semester.

Students with outstanding balances over 90 days will be transferred to ECSI, where they will have the option to create a payment plan or make a one-time payment to bring their account current. If your account has been transferred to ECSI, you will be notified directly by ECSI.  Please be aware that payment must be satisfied in full to ECSI or the university, prior to returning to classes.
