Student Financial Services will be closed for winter break from 3PM on Monday, December 23rd, through Wednesday, January 1st. Regular campus services will resume on Thursday, January 2nd. For any urgent inquiries during this period, limited services will be available by phone on Friday, December 27th, and Monday, December 30th from 10AM-3PM EST.

Outside Forms

Students and families often have documents or forms that require completion by the Student Financial Services team. These may include forms, including but not limited to, sibling enrollment verifications, transitional assistance forms, financial aid/cost of attendance verifications, and tuition remission or benefit forms. Students can submit documents requiring SFS completion or signature via the SFS service portal.

Students will need to login to the portal using their Northeastern credentials and navigate to ‘Solutions for Students.’ From there, select ‘Financial Aid Requests,’ and ‘SFS Form Review’. Please note any special requests or requirements at the time of submission.
